| Scope | Series consists of records relating to the annual Employee Recognition Dinners for the years 2000-2001 and 2003-2004. The dinners are held each year to honour the long-standing service of Regional employees. At these dinners the Regional Chair and the Chief Administrative Officer typically make speeches. There is also special recognition paid to employees who are retiring or have served anywhere from between 15 to 35 years at the Region. Once an employee has achieved 15 years of service they receive a pin from their department head denoting the special milestone. Included in the series are copies of the Dinner programs for each year, copies of the CAO's speeches, schedules of events, lists of honorees, attendance lists and also brief profiles describing the service record of the employees being honored each year. |
