Scope	Series consists of special joint regional standing committees closed agendas and attachments of the Administration and Finance Committee, Community Services Committee, and Planning and Works Committee. All standing committee meetings are open to the public with the exception of those dealing with personnel, property acquisition or disposal, litigious matters or matters pertaining to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
